Parts change faster than traditional vision systems are set up.

Consumer electronics moves fast. Parts get redesigned several times a year so traditional vision systems that require weeks of labeled defect data can’t keep up.

Part revisions arrive faster and faster. Revisions 01, 02, and 03 are spaced apart; revisions 04 through 12 crowd together into a stack.

How it works

  1. Calibrate with one Golden Sample

The operator selects a single golden sample, a known-good reference part, and Hundred scans it in under 10 seconds.

  2. Scan the whole tray

The operator places the full tray into the Hundred inspection station.

  3. Grade parts to your cosmetic spec

A heat map pinpoints each flaw, including cosmetic defects smaller than 100 µm. Parts receive a PASS or FAIL grade based on the requirements your quality engineers already use.

Every part is checked three ways.

One-shot anomaly detection

Compares each part to a known-good reference part and flags any deviations.

Sibling consensus

Compares each part against the rest of its batch. The lot calibrates itself, so defects can’t hide in normal part-to-part variation.

Known process defect detection

Checks every part for known manufacturing process defects, such as injection molding flash and short shots.

Build with Hundred

Work directly with the founders and help shape which defects Hundred targets first.
